Cadem is a small group of like-minded professionals. It has a flat organizational structure. The lack of hierarchy makes sure that your ideas are taken in to consideration before a blue print is derived. The company’s Directors work alongside with you. If you have an idea or even a half an idea, you do not have to go through multiple levels of hierarchy to see it discussed and implemented.
